Business Relationship Manager (Supply Chain IT)

Location: Onsite in Illinois, United States; this is not a remote role.

Base pay: $113,300–$226,700 per year; the range may vary by location.

What you will do

• Lead Business Relationship Management for Core Diagnostics IT Supply Chain and align the system portfolio with organizational strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to understand processes, translate needs into user and functional requirements, and communicate IT updates.
• Develop investment roadmaps and Supply Chain strategies supporting business goals and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with BTS Delivery teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions within budget, timeline, and service-level expectations.
• Manage IT budgets, project capital and RCE expenditures, ROI, cost reduction, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Lead people, capacity planning, staffing and resource plans, vendor management, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience within a large global healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing organization.
• Proven Business Relationship Management experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations functions.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Execution Systems and experience with one or more of ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, production planning, scheduling, or SCM technologies.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders, including Directors and VPs.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
