Supply Chain Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site work at an assigned hirify.global site in the United States; primary location Hillsboro, Oregon, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Annual salary range: $52,000–$200,000 USD, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Partner with supply chain, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify challenges, define objectives, and translate needs into requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and systems and design future-state processes, capabilities, and solutions focused on automation, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Create business requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to evaluate solution options and align delivery with business goals.
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate business testers, and support change management, training, deployment readiness, and user adoption.
• Track project scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, stakeholder communications, and post-implementation business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Operations, Systems Implementation, or related areas.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping current- and future-state processes.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, deployment, or operational adoption of business and technology solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams, including global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, adapt, self-manage, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, supply planning, logistics, customer fulfillment, or related industries.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Advanced Planning Systems, or manufacturing execution systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, or product management frameworks.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, test plans, training materials, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of outsourced semiconductor manufacturing and OSAT environments.
• Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Supply Chain certifications.
