Business Process Manager - Commercial Digital Transformation

Location: Cary, North Carolina, United States; hybrid work model; candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the commercial and engineering business process management organization across ELDS North American sites and related operations.
• Define strategies and end-to-end process and application solutions for commercial and engineering system domains with business owners.
• Integrate business process requirements with the technical Information Systems perspective.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for cross-functional commercial process and systems issues.
• Coordinate collaboration with upstream and downstream process owners and other teams using the same applications.
• Define and document plans, communicate actions, monitor progress, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, business process management, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers, project teams, or cross-functional organizations.
• Track record leading multi-site transformation, process standardization, change management, and portfolio execution.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 ERP environments.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, particularly SD and MM modules.
• 5 years of experience in ecommerce or digitalization tool activities.
• Experience with ecommerce and product configurator systems, preferably Rulestream.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and PLM software, specifically Windchill PTC.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing, preferably NEMA low- and medium-voltage switchgear and motor control centers.
• Practical experience operationalizing and implementing AI solutions in commercial applications.
