Business Process Manager - Digital Operations Transformation

Location: Hybrid, available in one of two locations in the United States. Applicants must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the business process management organization across ELDS North American factory sites.
• Own operational process governance and continuous improvement priorities across manufacturing locations.
• Manage the factory business improvement portfolio, ensuring measurable benefits, quality, schedule, and budget discipline.
• Act as the senior escalation point for cross-functional factory process and systems issues.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, IS, ERP, MES, and analytics teams to align requirements and technology roadmaps.
• Drive process standardization, best-practice sharing, change adoption, succession capability, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business process management, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers, project teams, or cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site transformation, process standardization, change management, and portfolio execution.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA ERP environments.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in discrete manufacturing, especially NEMA low- and medium-voltage switchgear and motor control centers.
• Experience with MES integration, ISA-95 concepts, manufacturing master data, and operational technology governance.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in discrete manufacturing.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP ERP applications and system landscapes.
• Knowledge of business improvement projects, change management, and operational and financial metrics.
