Learning Experience and Readiness Specialist (AI)

Location: US Remote

Pay range: $60,750–$99,750 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Plan, build, and deliver readiness learning for service and sales teams, focused on K–8 math and i-Ready products and features.
• Design and facilitate virtual and live learning, including facilitator guides, agendas, presentations, logistics, and post-event feedback.
• Build self-paced e-learning on Highspot and establish templates, design guidance, and best practices for asynchronous content.
• Maintain Foundational, Deepening, and Middle School i-Ready Classroom Mathematics certification paths, including courses, performance tasks, and progress trackers.
• Keep learning content current through product releases and support internal events and go-to-market planning for launches and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning, stakeholders, operations, facilitators, trackers, and feedback while using AI tools with human review for planning and drafting.

Requirements

• Instructional design experience and current working knowledge of adult learning theory, applied to virtual, live, and self-paced learning.
• Demonstrated confidence facilitating both virtual and live sessions.
• Experience developing polished, interactive, clear, accessible, and memorable e-learning content.
• Project and timeline management experience across large-scale learning and communication plans and multiple concurrent workstreams, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort with learning platforms such as Highspot or a learning management system, as well as Smartsheet.
• Ability to synthesize varied data sources to improve learning experiences.
• Working knowledge of K–8 math instruction.
• Experience creating templates, standards, or style guides for learning content used by others.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with i-Ready Classroom Mathematics, i-Ready products and features, and professional learning models.
• Certification and performance task design experience.
• Experience using AI tools for planning and content.
• Experience supporting sales or field-facing teams.
