Learning and Development Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote (United States)

Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Create presentations, job aids, quick-reference guides, videos, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Support employee adoption of ticketing platforms, HR systems, collaboration tools, and operational applications.
• Translate system updates, workflows, process changes, and business requirements into clear learning content.
• Facilitate system launches, enhancements, platform walkthroughs, testing, and adoption initiatives.
• Develop foundational AI learning content and best practices while tracking participation, feedback, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or systems training.
• Experience creating training content, learning materials, video-based learning, or microlearning assets.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, documentation, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Experience with software implementations or system rollouts, ticketing systems, CRM, HRIS, workflow applications, learning management systems, or digital learning tools.
• Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted content development; customer approval may be required for access to customer information, systems, or premises.
