Associate Director Learning Experience & Platforms (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global's facility in Louisville, Kentucky, may be required for training, meetings, or other business needs.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Learning Management System and broader learning technology portfolio.
• Establish standards for simple, consistent, accessible, and scalable learning experiences.
• Lead build, buy, and partner decisions and evaluate platforms and tools against learner and business needs, integration, utilization, cost, capabilities, and strategic fit.
• Lead or support LMS evaluation, selection, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and identify opportunities to improve learner experience, simplify delivery, and increase the value of learning technology investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions and maintain internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, skills technologies, and learning analytics.
• Experience operating in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
