SCM Specialist (Procurement)

What you will do

• Standardize and continuously improve procurement processes, methods, and workflows across Gas Services.
• Support procurement planning and coordinate projects aligned with business objectives, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
• Use analytics and digital tools to identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and supply chain trends.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders on operations, change management, and best-practice implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, procurement controlling, or a related business function.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, performance analytics, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. hirify.global employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting user adoption, process enhancements, and change-management initiatives related to ERP, Excel, or reporting tools.
