Demand Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Lancaster, Texas, United States. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

hirify.global's Service Division improves the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations through product care, modernization, and advisory services.

What you will do

• Assemble and analyze product data to create and maintain rolling 12–18-month unconstrained demand plans.
• Support demand review meetings and obtain Sales sign-off for input to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Provide guidance on global product demand and help consolidate the worldwide demand plan.
• Work with customers to determine weekly inbound forecasts and develop consumption models.
• Partner with Sales, Projects, Finance, Product Management, and internal customers to improve forecasting practices and accuracy.
• Monitor finished goods SKUs, recommend SKU rationalization initiatives, segment materials using Anaplan ABC analysis and product lifecycle management, and define inventory policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering—Industrial preferred—or a related field plus at least 8 years of experience in materials planning, sourcing, and/or logistics; alternatively, an Associate degree plus 10 years of related experience or a high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Already authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global.

Nice to have

• APICS, ISM, or equivalent supply chain certification.
