Salary: Associate (Level 2) $54,550–$83,650 per year; Mid-Level (Level 3) $73,050–$112,000 per year

What you will do

• Synchronize the supply chain for metallic and non-metallic raw materials, ensuring quality materials are delivered to the right place at the right time.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and suppliers on material requirements and supply chain activities.
• Develop requests for quotations and proposals, analyze supplier responses, negotiate and award contracts, and manage post-award supplier activity.
• Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, supplier performance, and material assets.
• Optimize supply chain planning by incorporating customer and supplier decisions to reduce material and product variability.

Requirements

• Associate (Level 2): at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably involving metallic or non-metallic raw materials, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Associate degree.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, including communication with leadership at any level.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and use influence to achieve desired outcomes.
• Project management experience and skills are highly valued.

Nice to have

• Mid-Level (Level 3): at least 3 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably involving metallic or non-metallic raw materials, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with manufacturing, materials, and processes.
• Familiarity with MRP systems, with preference for SAP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience; an MBA is a plus.
