Digital Communications Automation Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Location: Remote-MO; 90% remote and 10% travel for in-office meetings and trainings

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deploy engaging email, SMS, and other digital communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform.
• Design communication layouts, imagery, icons, web content, and CTA functionality.
• Build automated journeys and engagement paths, manage platform issues, and perform communication testing.
• Analyze metrics and develop performance reports with recommendations for leadership.
• Project manage the cross-functional communication calendar and coordinate tactic deployments to reduce overlap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation system experience required.
• HTML and SQL skills for email and SMS builds; AMPscript is preferred.
• Knowledge of data validation, opt-outs, and regulated communications.
• Knowledge of HTML and a modern programming language, with computer science knowledge and communication best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, communication, and creative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, MobileConnect, or campaign reporting.
• Salesforce Marketing Certificate.
