Digital Experience, Senior Specialists and Specialists (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote

Pay range: $65,000–$85,000 annually; level and compensation depend on market location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead client relationships for complex or high-priority accounts, owning satisfaction, retention, strategic reviews, and escalations.
• Develop digital strategy plans, audience strategies, channel mixes, and program roadmaps.
• Manage multi-channel budgets, revenue projections, account spend, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate Pod Managers and internal teams to deliver integrated programs on time and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
• Oversee performance analysis, communicate recommendations, and promote test-and-learn optimization.
• Mentor Coordinators and support the development of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or agency account management for the Senior Specialist level; 3–5 years for the Specialist level.
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships and multi-channel digital programs.
• Strong budget management, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
