Account Coordinator - Post Repo (M-F, 8am-5pm EST)

Location: Remote, United States; Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and process accounts in the PAR internal queue while meeting service-level agreements.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Make outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate, and complete information using appropriate tools and procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to manage accounts effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently and meet internal and external time commitments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with computer systems and Google Workspace applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with web technology.
• Additional finance or automotive industry experience.
