Services Advisor (AI)

Location: Remote within the US, with locations listed in Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta

Base salary: $70,000–$107,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Services Delivery to identify client-specific services opportunities and expand services usage.
• Lead discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to diagnose requirements and determine consulting or services engagements.
• Design end-to-end professional services scopes and Statements of Work covering boundaries, deliverables, timelines, and level of effort.
• Identify pre-sales gaps, estimate resources and budgets, and reduce scope creep.
• Present methodologies, scopes, phases, timelines, and costs to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services, including services planning for M&A data migrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically managing or scoping complex software implementations.
• 5+ years of insurance industry experience with knowledge of insurance agency workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to estimate effort and develop reliable project timelines and budgets.
• Ability to translate complex projects into clear, actionable, phased implementation plans.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude in AI tools, with a focus on improving workflows and reducing manual effort.
• Experience with APIs, database technology, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategy.
• Technical writing, active listening, interpersonal communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to challenge unrealistic client expectations tactfully and guide stakeholders toward effective project approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
