Incident Management Lead

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business products within a healthcare revenue cycle management organization.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product changes aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Conduct testing and validation of product features for accuracy and compliance.
• Document product workflows, processes, and updates, and prepare product communications and training materials.
• Monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and investigate root causes to support issue resolution.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge relevant to business product analysis and healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Ability to analyze data, identify product gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ability to conduct product testing and validation against accuracy and compliance standards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document workflows, processes, and product updates.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States; applications from outside the United States will not be considered.
