Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare & Life Sciences)

Location: Remote; Europe preferred based on location and time zone

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for assigned customer patient services programs.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and customers to refine backlogs and clarify scope.
• Participate in Scrum planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, propose solutions, and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
• Support testing and UAT, validate delivered features, and maintain requirements traceability and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst at a lead or senior level.
• Healthcare and life sciences domain experience.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, and process analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and comfort working directly with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with patient services programs, including patient enrollment, education, nurse or medical support, financial assistance, and affordability programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with CRM or PRM platforms in a pharmaceutical or life sciences setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements such as HIPAA.
