Provider Data Process Owner

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale business transformation initiatives with matrixed cross-functional teams.
• Assess business cases, feasibility, opportunities, risks, return on investment, and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing, and skills to support initiative execution.
• Develop and recommend scalable business practices and procedures focused on effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment.
• Collaborate with stakeholder subject-matter experts on knowledge transfer, training, implementation, and process integrity.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and contribute to executive-level presentations through final recommendations and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading or significantly contributing to large-scale initiatives.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Must not require sponsorship, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT employment-based visa types.
• Experience analyzing business processes, workflows, policies, procedures, organizational staffing, and skills.

Nice to have

• Operations experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Certified Project Manager (IAPM) certification.
• CSSBB / Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
