Senior Technical Application Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with attendance in the office twice per week; APAC shift hours with flexibility depending on business needs.

What you will do

• Support the Configuration Deployment Service team with service delivery across different time zones.
• Participate in configuration deployments, deployment meetings, and client service delivery.
• Plan and prepare deployment windows with clients and internal teams.
• Create configuration packages based on client definitions and follow up on deployments.
• Maintain documentation and reporting according to defined service procedures.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and client stakeholders, advise on process improvements, and contribute to the global Configuration Deployment Service network.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Economics, or a similar qualification.
• Some experience configuring and deploying components of complex standard software applications in the financial sector or financial services industry.
• Technical affinity and willingness to learn new technical content.
• Experience working in a Windows Server environment; initial exposure to cloud technology is relevant.
• Interest in investment-industry processes and willingness to expand this knowledge.
• Service-oriented mindset and experience working within an ITIL framework.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to results and solutions, analyze problems, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Availability for flexible APAC shift hours and a hybrid schedule requiring office attendance twice per week.
