Senior Consultant - HHS Collaboratives

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the United States

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Support forums, site assessments, member meetings, educational sessions, and collaborative activities focused on sharing healthcare best practices.
• Obtain data, conduct or oversee analyses, validate deliverables, interpret findings, and prepare verbal and graphic presentations.
• Identify member needs through discussions, interviews, analytical tools, and data analysis; develop conclusions, recommendations, and potential solutions.
• Prepare member presentations and deliverables communicating improvement opportunities and outcomes.
• Execute project plans, participate in project management, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, market opportunities, and learning hirify.global technologies and services.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with perinatal experience required.
• Experience in perinatal care, fertility, women’s health, men’s health, radiology, or breast cancer care.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective written and verbal presentations to client audiences.
• Ability to conduct analyses and oversee or mentor others in producing client deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members, lead work groups, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software, communicate in person and electronically, and work collaboratively with peers and the public.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Experience developing new methodologies and applying strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in health systems finance, clinical, support, or operational operations, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Master’s degree.
