Senior Pharmacy Consultant

Location: Virtual Office, United States; regular travel throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.

Estimated hiring range: $88,900.00–$155,500.00 per year; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze and present client data to support strategy development, performance improvement, and project management.
• Develop creative solutions, new pharmacy programs, and product or service enhancements.
• Coordinate with Spend Management, Analytics, Data, and Digital teams to improve operational, clinical, and financial performance.
• Build relationships and networking opportunities among clients around strategic and operational priorities.
• Execute assigned project-plan activities, prioritize milestones, and support intended objectives.
• Prepare presentations, present recommendations to client management, and contribute to intellectual capital such as case studies.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL or other database tools.
• ACE Certification for 340B, or the ability to obtain it within the first year of hire, required.
• Strong client-facing, group presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• Experience with 340B, Pharmacy Revenue Integrity, and Retail or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy supply chain, and GPO contracting.
