Recruiting Operations & Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Chicago, United States; frequent travel to other hirify.global offices is required.

Base salary: $95,000–$145,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve recruiting processes across multiple regions.
• Manage cross-functional operational projects from scoping through rollout, including timelines, stakeholders, documentation, and deliverables.
• Identify manual and repetitive recruiting work suitable for AI and automation, and pilot and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Partner with HRIS on the recruiting technology stack and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Build playbooks, tools, documentation, and training for recruiters and recruiting coordinators.
• Support regional recruiting operations teams in person and virtually, including onboarding and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or equivalent experience, ideally including recruiter experience.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of managing multiple initiatives through completion.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, triage work, and set priorities according to business needs.
• Ability to identify practical AI and automation applications for manual, repetitive work.
• Experience creating process documentation and turning stakeholder input into clear, efficient solutions.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships internally and with the external recruiting and HR technology market.
• Curiosity about recruiting and HR technology trends, with a disciplined approach to networking, industry events, and peer communities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to other hirify.global offices.
