Senior Manager, Talent Discovery & Selection (AI)

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, US; fully remote and performable from anywhere. Occasional domestic travel of approximately 10% is expected.

Salary: $124,000–$161,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead recruiting for assigned functional areas and shape talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates through full-cycle recruiting.
• Build internal and external talent networks through outreach, referrals, pipelines, internal mobility, and creative sourcing.
• Advise hiring managers, business leaders, HRBPs, and interview teams through intake, alignment, debrief, and selection discussions.
• Use industry insights, competitive intelligence, recruiting metrics, and workforce analytics to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Manage offers, reference checks, background screening, compensation alignment, recruiting tools, systems, and process data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including 3 years in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, digital sourcing strategies, and behavioral-based interviewing.
• AI fluency and the ability to apply AI tools responsibly to improve recruiting workflows and effectiveness.
• Proficiency with talent acquisition technology, including AI-enabled recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, talent CRMs, automation, and workforce analytics.
• Ability to translate workforce data, recruiting analytics, and market trends into talent strategies, sourcing opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Experience participating in or leading projects while managing ongoing recruiting priorities.
• Strong business partnership, communication, organizational, analytical, accuracy, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate across diverse teams.

• Workday Recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Drug Safety, and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience with Beamery and/or Paradox.
