Change Management Experienced Manager (Workforce Transformation)

Location: Philadelphia, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Houston, or Boston, United States. Hybrid work with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site; travel typically 40–50%, occasionally up to 80%.

Base salary: $147,200–$196,880 annually.

What you will do

• Lead change management and workforce transformation engagements, including change readiness, leadership alignment, communications, training, technology adoption, culture transformation, M&A integration, and organizational transformation.
• Plan and execute projects, manage status reporting, risks, budgets, resources, project economics, and client expectations.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, requirements gathering, problem-solving sessions, and deliverable readouts.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, quality assurance, and guidance on engagement deliverables.
• Support proposals, requests for information, business development discussions, contracts, and statements of work.
• Manage, develop, train, coach, and mentor project staff while supporting HR transformation, payroll impacts, M&A, restructuring, divestitures, and enterprise change programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of related work experience; experience in a similar consulting practice is preferred.
• Experience with targeted business transformation, such as ERP implementations, operating model design and transformation, shared services, or large-scale enterprise change programs.
• Experience with culture awareness, communications planning or execution, stakeholder engagement, job role design, training planning or execution, or related areas.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities to improve change management effectiveness.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, develop high-performance teams, work independently or collaboratively, troubleshoot, plan resources, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, typically 40–50% and occasionally up to 80%.

Nice to have

• Change management, program management, financial, accounting, process improvement, or other relevant certifications, such as Prosci, CCMP, La Marsh, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or CPP.
• Experience in a similar consulting practice.
