Human Capital Advisory, Supervisor (AI)

Location: New York, with other locations in Tampa and the Washington, DC metro area; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada is required.

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale HR and organizational transformation engagements, including HR operating model redesign, HRIS implementation, and workforce strategy.
• Assess current-state HR capabilities and design future-state solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Develop strategic recommendations across talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee experience.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, identify pain points, and co-create solutions.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and support business development through proposals, presentations, and relationship building.

Requirements

• 6+ years of human capital consulting experience focused on large-scale HR, organizational, or HCM transformations.
• Deep understanding of HR strategy, processes, technology, and compliance.
• Proven experience in at least two areas: HR technology strategy, selection and implementation; organizational design and change management; strategic workforce planning and talent optimization; HR shared services and outsourcing; employee experience and engagement; or mergers and acquisitions with post-merger integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve productivity and work quality.
• Strong understanding of AI limitations, risks, and responsible-use practices, with the ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
• Experience integrating AI into daily workflows and business processes, plus a continuous-learning mindset focused on emerging AI capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment, preferably with middle-market or enterprise clients.
