(USA) Staff, Product Manager - Health and Wellness

Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for complex Health and Wellness products from discovery through launch and value realization.
• Build customer and business understanding through data analysis, design thinking, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms.
• Define multi-quarter product vision, roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business stakeholders on technical direction, risks, dependencies, and backlog priorities.
• Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to validate assumptions and improve product performance.
• Identify AI and emerging-technology opportunities and mentor product managers on discovery and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Either a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area plus 7 years of product-management experience, or 9 years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
• Ability to define product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, and experience mentoring product managers across the product lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Six years of experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
