Warehouse Management AI Product Manager

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and high-impact AI use cases.
• Ensure responsible AI, risk management, and compliance.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and leadership communication.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle execution with cross-functional teams, from discovery and requirements through delivery.
• Manage data and model lifecycles from build and deployment through monitoring and improvement.
• Measure product impact through experimentation and performance tracking, and build organizational capability through training, coaching, and enablement.

Requirements

• Product management experience delivering data-driven or AI/ML-enabled products or features with measurable business outcomes.
• Technical background and depth in engineering, data science, analytics, or a related area.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them pragmatically to product decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to explain complex AI topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
