Associate Director, Business Solutions

Location: Los Angeles, California; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and translate client goals into integrated media solutions and strategic frameworks.
• Collaborate with directors, vice presidents, activation teams, consumer insights teams, media partners, and creative agencies.
• Oversee campaign reporting, analysis, presentations, workflow processes, and accurate client deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day Business Solutions team operations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
• Develop client relationships, act as a strategic account voice, anticipate requests, and resolve issues with internal resources.
• Oversee account requests, campaign deliverables, billing, and financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to present and sell ideas internally and to clients.
• Team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving ability and capacity to develop creative solutions.
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple deliverables and client requests.
• Support for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• 6+ years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and media trends.
• Experience developing media professionals and managing a team.
• Experience in a client relationship management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research/reporting resources.
