Senior Business Intelligence Professional

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $89,000–$121,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze complex internal and external data to solve business problems and provide insights to decision-makers.
• Collect, integrate, analyze, and present data to create actionable business information.
• Create data visualizations and analytics that support strategic direction.
• Determine technical approaches for project components and influence department strategy.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis, or a master’s degree with 3 or more years of experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced experience working with big and complex datasets within large organizations.
• Experience analyzing data to solve varied business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction.
• Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior and executive leadership.
• Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences.
• Experience in product management, preferably in a data engineering environment.
• Expertise in process improvement.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, and other data systems.
• Experience with data visualization, particularly Power BI.
• Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling.
• Experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors.
