Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

Location: United States Work at Home. Candidates residing within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; St. Louis, MO; or Scottsdale, AZ may be asked to work in person.

Annual salary: USD 96,700–161,100, depending on experience and geographic location. The role may also include an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design standardized performance analytics, measurement frameworks, KPIs, and data definitions aligned with enterprise goals.
• Develop and automate Tableau dashboards that provide clear insights and recommended actions.
• Partner with business leaders to define analytical questions, develop solutions, and measure results.
• Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, root causes, variances, and operational performance drivers.
• Use advanced SQL and analytical tools to validate results, investigate data issues, and work across multiple data sources.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, resolve data quality issues, and create reusable templates and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or another data-focused field.
• Advanced Tableau experience, including designing and developing dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills covering complex queries, data validation, troubleshooting, and multi-source analysis.
• Experience with SAS, Altair, or Python for analytics, data preparation, automation, or complex problem-solving.
• Experience designing operational KPIs, performance reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Strong root-cause, trend, and variance analysis, communication, stakeholder partnership, independent judgment, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
• Healthcare or payer analytics experience involving claims, membership, clinical operations, utilization management, provider data, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience with executive reporting, operational performance management, data quality, reporting infrastructure, or analytical process improvement.
