Senior Associate, Quality Programs (Healthcare Quality)

Location: Remote; company-sponsored lunch is available for New York HQ employees.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution of the MSSP quality submission workflow, including data preparation, formatting, validation, timeline tracking, and deliverable management.
• Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, QA checklists, and dashboards for submission status and data integrity.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation, identify discrepancies, analyze quality trends and gaps, and escalate risks, delays, or missing data.
• Prepare organized summaries supporting the Director of Quality Programs and senior leadership reporting.
• Support internal audits, submission review cycles, and MSSP sign-off readiness.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Success while documenting and improving submission and quality-check procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of career experience in a healthcare, quality, data, or operations-focused analyst role.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning, and data validation, with comfort working with large, messy datasets.
• Sharp analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a track record of catching errors before they become problems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams without dropping details.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to HEDIS, CMS Stars, MSSP, or other healthcare quality reporting programs.
• Familiarity with CPT, CPT II, and diagnosis (Dx/ICD) coding.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization and BI tools.
• SQL or other data-querying experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or health-tech environment.
• A Bachelor's degree.
