Technical Training Specialist (HP Indigo)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States of America; 50% travel required; relocation available.

Salary: $73,800–$113,650 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Deliver hirify.global Indigo operator training and production optimization visits at hirify.global Indigo training facilities and customer sites.
• Provide training, value-added service visits, production support, and technical consulting across Commercial and Labels and Packaging press platforms and Digital Front End systems.
• Prepare and complete pre- and post-class administration, expense reports, follow-up reports, system call closures, mandatory internal training, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain training labs and presses, stay current on press models and features, and develop training materials and common messaging with global counterparts.
• Resolve single- and cross-technology incidents, apply hirify.global solutions to complex customer needs, and identify preventive solutions and additional service opportunities.
• Build senior-level customer relationships, lead expectation management and cross-team programs, and coach junior consultants.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written communication, presentation, and engaging public speaking skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive “Can Do” attitude.
• Knowledge of print production and workflow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Solid business acumen and the ability to integrate technical knowledge with business understanding.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with local and global teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Fluent Spanish.
• Color management experience and G7 Certification.
• Prior training or teaching experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of hirify.global Indigo digital press technology.
• Adobe Creative Suite and course creation software experience, including Articulate360.
• Experience with augmented reality environments.
