Senior Fixed Operations Trainer

Location: Fremont, California; Chandler, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Westmont, Illinois, United States. Travel up to 60%, including occasional overnight travel, is required for in-person workshops, leadership programs, onboarding, and field-based training events.

Base salary: $82,500–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led training in classroom, virtual, and field environments.
• Facilitate leadership, operational, sales, and customer experience programs for associates and leaders.
• Create engaging learning experiences through discussions, role plays, activities, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with Learning & Development and business leaders to align training with organizational goals.
• Coordinate training schedules, materials, resources, and logistics across multiple locations.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in fixed operations, automotive service, training, facilitation, coaching, or adult learning.
• Experience in automotive retail or a related industry.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, public speaking, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Leadership development, coaching, or talent development experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional delivery best practices.
