What you will do

• Conduct quality reviews through statistical sampling, audits, and observation of work in progress.
• Monitor client eligibility, expenditure requests, files, reports, and payment requests for compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Document staff performance, prepare monitoring reports, and communicate data findings with recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training, including classroom materials, exercises, assessments, and scheduled sessions.
• Review operational procedures, provide technical assistance for process and quality improvement, and maintain document control systems.
• Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and pre- and post-test evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, ES/UI, Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA), and applicable local Workforce Service programs.
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Strong data-entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and software used for correspondence, reporting, statistical compilation, analysis, and database access.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through presentations, in-person communication, writing, and oral communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
