Physician Recruiter (Radiology)

Location: Remote; up to 25% travel may be required for conferences, practice meetings, or other activities.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle physician recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, coordination, offers, placement, and onboarding.
• Work with Operations, HR, Legal, and healthcare partners to align recruitment with practice needs.
• Pre-qualify applicants against high-level standards and organizational values.
• Use operational analysis, trending, benchmarking, and research to support staffing projections and leadership decisions.
• Analyze, develop, implement, and monitor physician recruitment processes and strategies.
• Manage recruiting data and administration and develop recruitment marketing plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years of physician recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking, and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the radiology field and physician employment trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use metrics and operational data to drive performance and support staffing analysis.
• Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, persistence, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple requests under tight deadlines.
• Patience and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• BS/BA degree.
