CL (Agile/SAFe)

Location: On-site in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, United States; U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance required.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive Agile maturity across technical teams.
• Apply Agile and SAFe practices in a complex defense engineering environment.
• Build and own cost and schedule estimates for engineering design tasks.
• Capture data and build reports and dashboards to show status and inform decisions.
• Align program leadership, engineering, stakeholders, and customers.
• Identify opportunities to use AI for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Technical contribution experience and understanding of hardware and firmware/software engineering processes.
• Strong Agile background, ideally with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and experience implementing Agile in a defense setting.
• Experience capturing data and reporting status to inform decisions.
• Fluency with Excel, Power BI, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe or CSM.
• Experience preparing cost and schedule estimates for engineering design work.
• Experience building stakeholder consensus and driving alignment.
