Senior Project Manager (IT Network Infrastructure)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors.

What you will do

• Lead IT network infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and milestones.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk management plans, status reports, deliverables, and products.
• Coordinate government agencies, defense contractors, IT teams, and other stakeholders around mission-critical objectives.
• Oversee the design, deployment, optimization, security, and regulatory compliance of the CROWN network.
• Facilitate communication across technical and business teams, resolve issues, and report KPIs and progress to leadership.
• Attend customer meetings, serve as a primary client liaison when needed, and support proposals, contract negotiations, and resource planning.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience focused on IT network infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting defense contracting programs and working in a classified environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Agile and Scrum experience.
• Hands-on government contract project execution and stakeholder management experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL certification.
