Senior Project & Program Manager

Location: USA - St Cloud, MN; hybrid workplace with 8 office days per month. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a company office for interviews.

Salary: $71,300.00–$124,500.00 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

Develops software products for the Compliance Solutions division, including the FCC-CS Compliance Solutions suite.

What you will do

• Manage software development projects throughout planning, construction, testing, and deployment.
• Lead internal and external developers, testers, analysts, and product managers using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Coach teams in Agile practices, facilitate meetings, remove impediments, and protect teams from interruptions.
• Manage project issues, risks, schedules, estimates, resources, release plans, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate project artifacts, scope and status documentation, stakeholder approvals, reports, and management presentations.
• Balance immediate project delivery needs with long-term business goals and promote process improvements where controls or best practices are insufficient.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working with software development teams.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Experience building and managing project and release plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, and resource planning.
• Solid functional knowledge of software development processes.
• Experience managing teams or projects with an iterative methodology such as Agile or Scrum.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and associated deliverables.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to work with and influence people at all organizational levels.
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary projects requiring extensive collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, or Jira.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate data consolidation for reporting.
