Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Implementations (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Hybrid position based in Burlington, MA or New York City, NY; team members spend two or more days per week in the office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise software implementations for strategic accounts, including large integrated delivery networks, partnerships, and key opinion leaders.
• Build project timelines, provide status updates, and manage implementation risks and issues.
• Engage senior technical and clinical stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals and lead discussions and presentations.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and hirify.global throughout software implementations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams while promoting continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to departmental standards, methodologies, and tools for complex integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in hospital IT, medical imaging operations, and healthcare technology project management.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in the healthcare technology sector.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and develop team members in project management methodologies and best practices.

Nice to have

• PMP certification is also listed as an ideal additional qualification.
