What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects spanning multiple business units and functions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using standard tools.
• Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Communicate clear project updates to stakeholders, executives, and project teams.
• Define key milestones, deliverables, and performance measures (KPIs) to drive accountability.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day leadership for other Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation or IT projects.
• Proven success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to coach and develop project teams.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries.
• Must be located in or able to work from Chelmsford, MA.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI.
