Senior Project Manager (Acute Care Technology)

Location: Chelmsford, MA, United States

Salary: $115,700–$140,000 annual salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects spanning multiple business units and functions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders, executives, project teams, business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Align project outcomes with strategic business transformation goals and champion project management best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and provide day-to-day leadership for Project Managers and project team members as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation or IT projects.
• Proven success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring, and developing project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strategic and tactical thinking ability.
• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
• Experience managing other Project Managers or large project teams.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
