Snowflake is building AI-driven solutions for Spend Management across Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, and Procurement.

What you will do

• Own ambiguous, higher-risk delivery work in either Travel & Expense or Procurement & Sourcing with minimal guidance.
• Manage dependencies across Engineering, ET, BI, vendors, and domain teams while unblocking delivery.
• Shape stakeholder priorities and advise on tradeoffs, including when to decline requests with a clear rationale.
• Scope and ship process redesigns, workflow automations, and AI-driven tooling; evaluate process changes before recommending new builds.
• Set technical patterns for the domain, resolve ambiguity independently, and mentor or unblock colleagues in adjacent domains.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience in either Travel & Expense or Procurement & Sourcing, including relevant processes, systems, exceptions, and compliance or operational practices.
• Travel & Expense examples include Navan, Concur, expense policy administration, and T&E audit or compliance.
• Procurement & Sourcing examples include Zip, sourcing workflows, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and purchase order or invoice processes.
• Ability to work across the business and technical boundary with domain teams, Engineering, ET, and BI.
• Track record of shipping process redesign, workflow automation, or AI-driven solutions to ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, including data validation and production support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including framing difficult tradeoffs and escalations for fast, confident decisions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, Streamlit, or other data and AI tooling used to build and steward Spend Management systems.
