Finance Business Partner (Healthcare Consultancy)

Location: Hybrid role based in either the Cardiff or Bicester office, with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with operational leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
• Lead revenue and sales forecasting, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Support commercial tenders, contract negotiations, client pricing strategies, and financial modelling.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on resource planning and capacity management.
• Support Board reporting, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
• Lead Power BI adoption and support continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting, and technology.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Significant experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or similar role.
• Experience partnering with operational or commercial teams to improve business performance and profitability.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting pricing decisions, tenders, bids, or commercial negotiations.
• Track record of influencing stakeholders outside finance and building trusted relationships.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another knowledge-based service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to challenge constructively.
