Senior Commercial Finance Manager, Business Direct Sale

Location: Newbury, United Kingdom, preferred, or another hirify.global site; hybrid working with office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Lead commercial finance support for the Business Direct channel and provide recommendations that drive profitable growth.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders to influence performance and strategic decisions.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Analyse revenue, margin, customer, and product performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial evaluations and commercial models for initiatives, investments, pricing decisions, and strategic projects.
• Improve reporting, forecasting, analytical processes, governance, controls, and financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning and analysis, or a similar strategic finance environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, commercial evaluation, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and influence decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with non-finance audiences and senior leaders.
• Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement.
