What you will do

• Explore customer needs, market developments, and emerghirify.global AI capabilities relevant to Conversational Bankhirify.global.
• Analyse customer journeys and interactions to identify ways to make bankhirify.global easier and more intuitive.
• Develop and improve conversational experiences for customers through ideas, experiments, and improvements.
• Create presentations and recommendations to communicate findhirify.globals and shape next steps.
• Support the senior program manager with program governance, status updates, and program communication.
