Consultant in Energy & Industry

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work may take place from home, at the client, or from the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Join the Energy team and contribute to consulting assignments in a rapidly changing energy market.
• Work on projects involving forecasting, data analytics, market entry studies, operational optimization, and energy transition.
• Serve as a Business Analyst or PMO at client projects.
• Define and analyze client requirements for solutions to be implemented.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to identify optimal solutions and build expertise in the energy sector.
• Take responsibility for professional development and contribute to successful teamwork.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant required.
• Passion for the energy sector; prior energy experience is welcome but not required for junior candidates.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
• Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Additional experience in the energy sector.
