AI Business Operations Graduate (Biotech)

Location: On campus in Badhoevedorp, Netherlands; valid permit or right to work in the Netherlands or Belgium required.

What you will do

• Map business processes and identify opportunities to redesign them using AI.
• Design and test AI agents for the EU18 AI Accelerator and convert successful solutions into reusable blueprints.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to meet local business needs, compliance requirements, data privacy rules, and responsible AI standards.
• Automate Customer & Market Insights and Field Force Effectiveness processes to reduce manual effort in insight generation, reporting, and field-force analytics.
• Support Commercial, Medical, and Value & Access teams; train users, collect feedback, and improve adoption.
• Document progress, track KPIs, optimize workflows, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as building custom GPTs or automation tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Understanding of generative AI applications and their limitations.
• Awareness of GDPR data privacy and responsible AI practices.
• Structured working style with strong planning and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across functions and countries.
• Valid permit or right to work in the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Preferred start date: January 2027, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Nice to have

• Dutch and French language skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Power Platform.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience training users or explaining digital tools to colleagues.
