Operations Intern (EV Charging)

Location: On-site in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through professional communication, stakeholder management, and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and support daily operational processes.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand cross-functional business operations and contribute to company performance.
• Analyse operational processes and identify ways to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Apply academic knowledge to real business challenges while developing analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBO or HBO programme in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or Business Studies, with enrolment maintained for the full internship duration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Professional-level English.
• Ambitious, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded.
• Available 32–40 hours per week for a preferred six-month internship starting in February 2027.
