What you will do

• Explore customer needs, market developments, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to conversational banking.
• Analyze customer journeys and interactions to identify opportunities to simplify banking.
• Create presentations and recommendations based on research and analysis.
• Support the senior program manager with program governance, status updates, and program communication.

Requirements

• Curiosity and willingness to keep learning and take responsibility.
• Ability to explore customer behavior, technology, and emerging AI developments and turn findings into insights.
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple ideas that improve customer experience.
• Analytical thinking to structure problems, evaluate opportunities, and draw clear conclusions.
• Ability to experiment, learn quickly, and use feedback and data to improve ideas.
• Ability to work effectively across disciplines and communicate ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Ownership of work and a proactive approach to turning opportunities into tangible results.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university, or at an EU university for EU passport holders, throughout the internship.
