Consultant Energy & Industry

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with the opportunity to work from home, the client, or the office in Amsterdam. Work permit sponsorship is not available, and non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

What you will do

• Contribute to consulting assignments in the energy sector, including forecasting, data analytics, market entry studies, operational optimization, and energy transition.
• Work as a Business Analyst or PMO on client projects.
• Define and analyze client requirements for proposed solutions.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to identify optimal solutions.
• Build expertise in the energy sector and understand client-specific business needs.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree completed.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Passion for the energy sector; relevant experience is welcome but not mandatory for junior candidates.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Additional experience in the energy sector.
