HR Project Manager (Payroll)

Location: Portugal, Lisbon/Amadora; Czechia; Poland. Hybrid remote/office work, with remote work permitted within the country.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including payroll projects, policy changes, and HR transformation efforts.
• Build and maintain project plans, program tools, and progress-tracking systems for planning and decision-making.
• Engage HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to support communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute critical metrics.
• Lead project meetings, identify roadblocks and opportunities, and analyze project risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and drive process improvements to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing HR projects in a large international company.
• Proven experience managing payroll projects, particularly regional and global payroll transformation implementations.
• Strong multi-country project management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain program and project tools for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborative approach and comfort working with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.
