Project Manager HR Digital Transformation (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead global HR digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate implementation and enhancement activities for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related HR platforms.
• Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, status reports, steering committee materials, and management proposals.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, post-go-live support, and change management.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, mitigation activities, governance, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive HR process harmonization, simplification, automation, analytics, reporting, training, and user adoption across global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience with global HR systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR processes, governance models, and enterprise business operations.

• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
